My group sessons are very much still geared towards personal training everyone within the group of 2 - 8 people.
You will learn new exciting exercise plans to use.

Strengthen the core, and straighten the posture.
Stimulate the big muscle groups for better toning and weight loss.
Cut down on time doing any particular exercise ...which
lowers effects of impact on joints and stops the overtraining of muscles.

ONE TO ONE TRAINING
FROM A HIGHLY REGARDED TRAINER
Personal Training sessions cost £30.
Your first taster session is FREE.
And a block booking of 10 sessions £250
These include 1 hour training plus a further 30 minutes stretching , relaxation and dietary advice.
Using my experience and knowledge, I will get you the results you need.
Regardless of your weight, fitness level or motivation.
I use time saving and effective interval training techniques, with up to date dietary advice.
